Some commands for perspectives are not working

Symptom: After closing all →perspectives, it is not possible to reset or customize the perspectives although the corresponding commands are provided and enabled in the menu Window.

Cause: The commands for perspectives (e.g. Reset Perspective... or Customize Perspective...) require one open perspective at least so that the corresponding function can be executed.

Solution: Open a perspective. Then the other commands for the perspective will be executed, if they are selected.
