The console for RTS or Gateway cannot be displayed.

Symptom: logi.CAD 3 does not provide the possibility anymore to display the console of the →runtime system or of the →Gateway within logi.CAD 3. But the r untime system or the Gateway has been started/used correctly.
Additional information: This is the usual way to display the console for RTS or Gateway within logi.CAD 3:

1. Open the menu Window. Select the command Show View and Other... In the dialog, expand the group General, select Console and click Open.

2. In the opened Console view, click the button . From the list, select the item RTS or Gateway.

Cause: It is likely that a previous logi.CAD 3 or r untime system session has not been terminated correctly.

Solution for the r untime system :

1. Exit logi.CAD 3.

2. Open the task manager of the operating system.

3. Within the task manager: Terminate the process RTSLoader.exe. (Search for RTSLoader.exe in the tab Processs, select the process and click End Process.)

4. Restart logi.CAD 3.

You might have to restart the r untime system as well.

Solution for Gateway: similar to the solution for the r untime system – However, terminate this process: lcgateway.exe
