Saving the settings for force markers into a file and loading them from this file

How to save the settings that you have already done in the Force Markers view:

  1. Click images/download/thumbnails/414778919/SaveVoVVars-version-1-modificationdate-1534418205903-api-v2.png in the toolbar of the view.

  2. In the dialog, select the path for the file, enter a name for the file and click Save.
    Result: The file is automatically stored as JSON-format. The following settings are saved into this file:

    1. state of the force switch for any force marker

    2. force value for any force marker

    3. layout settings of the view, such as the c olumn width

How to load the settings into the Force Markers view from a file that you have saved previously:

  1. Click images/download/thumbnails/414778924/LoadVoVVars-version-1-modificationdate-1534418234507-api-v2.png in the toolbar of the view.

  2. In the dialog, select the file and and click Open.
    Result: A new dialog displays the force markers and the settings for the force switch and force value that can be loaded. If a force marker is highlighted by the icon images/download/attachments/405733678/IconError-version-1-modificationdate-1529909643654-api-v2.png , it is not possible to load its settings. The cause is indicated by the column Error cause.

  3. In this dialog, check the force markers for which you want to load the settings.
    The text below the list indicates how many force markers you have already checked and for how many force markers you are able to load settings.
    To speed up the selection process: Open the context menu and select the command Check all force markers.
    Alternative:

    1. Select one force marker in the dialog.

    2. Press and hold the Shift-key or the Ctrl-key.

    3. Select the next force marker in the dialog.

    4. Open the context menu and select the command Check selected force markers.
      Or select the command Uncheck selected force markers from the context menu instead, if you do not want the settings for the already checked force markers.

  4. Click OK in order to load the settings for the force markers into the view.
    Result: The loaded force values are forced, i.e. they are written to →PLC by force – depending on the state of the loaded force switch.
