In logi.CAD 3 you have to connect to a PLC, before you are able to e.g. load the application onto the PLC.
Subsequently, it is possible to access the same PLC from different computers (one after another). Here a possible usage scenario: On computer A, you create an application and load it to a PLC and then you click images/download/attachments/405733746/ConnectToPLC-version-1-modificationdate-1529910447299-api-v2.png . On computer B, a colleague imports the project and clicks images/download/thumbnails/414778751/DisconnectFromPLC-version-1-modificationdate-1534257454643-api-v22.png in order to test the application.
