Transferring application to controller
Previous: Modifying logic of application
-
Open the PLC-object
local
. You do not have to do anything in it as the object is already prepared for the tutorial.
But take a little time to check its content anyway:-
The local IP address
127.0.0.1
has already been entered (behindADDRESS:=
). So the built-in →PLC is addressed. -
The platform for the local computer
BuiltInPlc
has already been entered (behindRESOURCE local ON
). -
The program
Counter
has already been assigned to the PLC-object (in the line underPROGRAM Counter WITH DefaultTask :
). This is correct because the →programCounter
has been declared in the ST-object.
-
-
Load the application onto the built-in PLC:
-
Open the →perspective Application Testing: menu Window, Open Perspective and Application Testing
-
In the Instance view: Expand
LocalConfiguration\local
and the child item PLC Information. The line Code Identification does not list a fingerprint yet. -
Select
LocalConfiguration\local
. First click and then .
Result: The fingerprint for line Code-Identification is displayed and updated so that it matches the fingerprint displayed forLocalConfiguration\local
. This indicates that the version of the application loaded onto the PLC is now identical to the version of the application created in Neuron Power Engineer.
