→Linked resources

Linked resources are →objects and →folders that are stored outside of the →project. Use linked resources in order to add objects and/or folders to your project, if for some reason they must be stored in a certain place outside of your project.

See "Creating new objects and folders" on how to create linked resources.
A list of all linked resources existing in the project can be seen as follows: menu File for the selected project – Properties – expand Resource – select Linked Resources – tab Linked Resources
How to changed the already entered path for a linked resource: menu File for the selected resource – Properties – tab Resource – button Edit...

Good to know

(grey lightbulb) In Neuron Power Engineer versions < 3.0.0, linked folders have been used to store the system blocks separately from the project. Starting with version 3.0.0, these linked folders in Neuron Power Engineer have been replaced by libraries that are managed by means of a →library reference.
