The block descriptions of this section are usually created with the following structure:

Section	Information or purpose
Table of contents	content overview, navigation option
Short summary	the most important information about the block: name POU type category conform to IEC-standard (only for blocks included in the library `Standard`) graphical interface available since (= logging of block changes)
Functionality	the functionality of the block
Inputs, outputs, return value	the inputs/outputs of the function block (as provided) additionally for a function: return value (if provided)
Internal error diagnostic for block	only provided, if errors are checked during the execution of the block
Example for usage within ST-editor	an example to illustrate how the block works (if possible)

The block descriptions in the section "PLCopen blocks" differ from this structure because these block descriptions are based on the technical specification "TC5 - Safety, Version 2.01 – Official Release, Part 1 - Concepts and Function blocks" (© PLCopen).

The block descriptions of this section usually use the typographical conventions listed under "Typographical conventions". The block descriptions in the section "PLCopen blocks" are an exception to this.
