Special characters in the ST-editor for imported projects are not correctly displayed

Symptoms:

  • If you are importing a →project in a logi.CAD 3 version >= 2.9.0, special characters within an ST-editor, such as umlauts äöüß or Chinese characters , are not correctly displayed.

  • These special characters have been correctly displayed in the logi.CAD 3 version 2.8.0.

Workaound: Change the encoding within the project properties under ResourceText file encoding, e.g. to "CP1252" (for umlauts) or "GB2312" (for Chinese characters). If this encoding is not listed, write the encoding into the field.
