Special characters in the ST-editor for imported projects are not correctly displayed

Symptoms:

  • If you are importing a →project in a logi.CAD 3 version >= 2.9.0, special characters within an ST-editor, such as umlauts äöüß or Chinese characters 来, are not correctly displayed.

  • These special characters have been correctly displayed in the logi.CAD 3 version 2.8.0.

Workaound: Change the encoding within the project properties under Resource – Text file encoding, e.g. to "CP1252" (for umlauts) or "GB2312" (for Chinese characters). If this encoding is not listed, write the encoding into the field.
