Opening views and editors

How to open a →view that is not included in the current →perspective:

• In menu Window, select Show View and the respective command for the view.

How to get the complete list of all views:

• In menu Window, select Show View and Other... , then expand all groups to see a list of all views. Double-clicking one of them opens this view.

If you are satisfied with the new layout, you might want to save your changes by saving the perspective. If not, you might want to reset the perspective in order to discard the changes.

How to open an →editor for an object:

• Double-click the object in the project explorer to open its default editor. See "Opening objects" for other possibilities.
