Why can I delete system blocks?

Within a logi.CAD 3 version < 3.0.0, it is possible to delete system blocks in logi.CAD 3, because this delete action – as well as the rename action – could not be prevented due to technical reasons.

Best practice is to use the logi.CAD 3 version 3.0.0 or a later version. There, libraries are managed by means of a →library reference which is preventing the manipulation of the libraries within logi.CAD 3.

The following is valid for all libraries (e.g. Standard): Do not manipulate the folder and its contents! If you do nevertheless, logi.CAD 3 does not find the library or the blocks any longer.

If you have already deleted or renamed some system blocks, see the troubleshooting article "System blocks not supported." for the recommended solutions.
