String functions

This group of the IEC-blocks provides standard →functions to manipulate character strings. Among other things character strings can be compared, combined, deleted or found in other character strings.

logi.CAD 3 supports the following string functions according to the →IEC-standard:

• CONCAT block

• DELETE block

• FIND block

• INSERT block

• LEFT block

• LEN block

• MID block

• REPLACE block

• RIGHT block
