Content assist in the FBD-editor

A very instrumental function to quickly enter logic/elements in the →graphical editor is the content assist.

logi.CAD 3 provides a content assist in order to create FBD-elements within the drawing field. In particular, you are able to

• create value fields and/or calls of blocks or

• declare external variables based on global variables and create a value in which the external variable is entered.

Moreover, you are able to use the content assist in order to enter:

• a structured element within an OLT-field (see " Creating or editing OLT-fields in FBD ").

• an existing variable within a value field (see "Editing expression in value field").
