Commands "Rename" and "Delete" can be selected in the project explorer right after the start

Symptom:

After starting logi.CAD 3, you can trigger the commands Rename resp. Delete (from menu File resp. Edit or via shortcut keys F2 resp. Del), although they do not have a useful functionality.
This problem also occurs, if you have chosen a new workspace or switched the workspace and there are no projects in the project explorer.

Solution:

Create a project and select at least one resource in it, before triggering the corresponding command.
