Closing views and editors

How to close a →view or an →editor in the current →perspective:

• Click (the Close button) in the title bar of the view or of the editor.

Alternatives, for views and editors: Open the system menu for the view or editor (e.g. by clicking the secondary mouse button on the title bar), then select:

• Close to close the current view or editor.

• Close Others to close all views or editors except the current one.

• Close All to close all views or editors.

If you are satisfied with the new layout, you might want to save your changes by saving the perspective. If not, you might want to reset the perspective in order to discard the changes.
