Course of action when there are errors
Comply with Warning 1 and Warning 2, if there are any undefined or potentially safety-relevant errors.
Record the exact circumstances and conditions in a description because information as precise as possible is required in order to reproduce the error/problem.
The error/problem will be analyzed and, if necessary, corrective actions will be taken. In addition, in the event of a critical error, all customers will immediately be informed of the error.
